Our Story

My name is Radomir Biberović, and with more than ten years at sea, an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore license, one Atlantic crossing, and over 20,000 nautical miles behind me, sailing has become much more than a job — it’s the rhythm of my life. The sea has taught me patience, discipline, and respect, and every trip continues to shape who I am.
I truly believe that sailing is one of the purest forms of freedom. The years spent on the water shaped the vision and standards of the Eolia Sailing brand, and on every tour, my goal is to help each guest connect with the sea the way I fell in love with it.
What drives me
My passion is fueled by love for the sea, mornings on the open water, unpredictable winds, and the simple beauty of life surrounded by nature. I love sharing my knowledge with others — there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a guest genuinely connect with the sea and experience what sailing truly is.
Creating lifelong memories and knowing I can contribute to someone’s special adventure — that’s what inspires me every day.
